  1. Once I have ordered my coupons online how long will it take for my coupon order to be delivered?

    Usually within 2-3 weeks.

  2. What do I need to do if I haven’t received the coupons I ordered?

    Please click on Contact Us located at the bottom of each page, provide your name and address and we will check on the status of your order.

  3. What if my household does not receive home newspaper delivery?

    The P&G brandSAVER coupon booklet is only delivered through controlled newspaper delivery. This P&GbrandSAVER.ca site was developed so that consumers who do not receive home newspaper delivery still have the opportunity to receive great savings. Most P&G brandSAVER coupons are available through this site

  4. Can the coupons be delivered outside of Canada?

    The P&G brandSAVER coupons from this site are valid only in Canada.

  5. What do I do if I don’t have a home printer?

    P&G brandSAVER coupons are printed and delivered directly to you. They are not meant to be printed at home.

  6. How can I update my contact information?

    Your contact information can be updated via your P&G everyday Profile.

  7. Who should I contact if I am having technical problems while ordering?

    Please click on Contact Us located at the bottom of each page, describe your problem and we will reply to you on the same or next day.

  8. How can I sign up to receive a P&G brandSAVER coupon book in the mail?

    P&G brandSAVER is only distributed through home-delivered newspapers. If you don’t find a copy in your newspaper, you can still get great savings by ordering the coupons through this site.

  9. Why do I only receive a certain amount of coupons at one time? How long do I have to wait between requests?

    Due to P&G brandSAVER system configuration and Canada Post's weight limits, the maximum number of coupons mailed in a single order does not exceed 32. However, you should receive additional envelopes containing all remaining coupons ordered. Please note that you can order each coupon once every offer period.

  10. What can I do if I did not receive all of my coupons that I ordered?

    Please notify P&G brandSAVER.ca by clicking on the Contact Us link located at the bottom of each page.

  11. Where can I find coupons for a specific product that isn’t on P&GbrandSAVER.ca?

    Coupons are sometimes available for a specific P&G brand on the brand’s own Canadian website. Please visit www.pg.ca and search for any of the brands that interest you.

  16. How many coupons am I allowed to order at a time?

    You are allowed to order one of each P&G brandSAVER coupon. Please note there is a limit of one coupon request per postal mailing address per offer period

  17. Am I able to come back for more coupons after I have already ordered some?

    Yes, you can place as many orders as you wish as long as you do not request the same coupon more than once per offer period.

  18. I tried to place an order on P&G brandSAVER®, but did not receive my coupons, how come?

    Unfortunately, there is a limit of one coupon request per postal mailing address per offer period and it seems as though someone else with the same postal mailing address has already placed an order for this offer period.
